I love these ideas, I actually got out my journal today and did some..I found I have put to many limitations on my jurnaling..like can only use 1 page per day, it has to be about what happened that day and on and on..so today I kicked those limitations off and wrote 3 pages ".)..I love you points because I can use them when I get stuck ".)
